Does each coin come with a bell bag or is it one per order?
We provide one bell bag per order and place all coins from that order inside it. If you are purchasing for friends and would like additional bell bags, just leave a note with your order and we can add extra! Additionally, orders of 6 or more coins come with a larger size of bag to fit them all.
Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
We can ship anywhere except the United Kingdom from our website using USPS. United States orders are a flat rate of $2.99 (arrives 1-3 days from shipping date) with free shipping on orders over $35, and international is a flat rate of $15 (arrives 7-28 days from shipping date). For UK customers we are able to ship to you through our Etsy shop, so please request an order there!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products as each item is made to order, and we do not want our products just to be used for the NFC function and returned.
However, we are always happy to send a replacement if the product doesn’t function properly or is otherwise unsatisfactory. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us for a chance to make it right!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on how busy we are. Custom orders are designed and printed on demand so they usually ship closer to the 2 week end of the spectrum. Shipping typically takes 3 days or less to arrive for the US, but may see delays during the holiday season. International shipping depends heavily on customs and takes 7-28 days to arrive.
Why are these so expensive when I can get Amiibos way cheaper from most Etsy sellers?
Many other sellers provide NFC stickers, cards, or use pre-made bulk plastic coin protectors so they are able to produce their Amiibos with very little labor and small production costs. If you are simply wanting an NFC tag for the utility of bringing a villager to your island, we absolutely encourage you to support another seller with a smaller price tag. However, if you want not only the NFC tag, but also a super fun bag of bells with your favorite villagers’ faces on them, then this is the shop for you! Our Amiibells are a one-of-a-kind concept intended to be cherished as a collectable long after their original use has passed.
Our costs come from the labor, materials, and printer maintenance involved in our process. We design the 3D models from scratch, print them on our own printers, clean up the printed pieces and assemble them by hand, plus test each one to make sure they work before shipping. We have to cover the costs of plastic filament, NFC tags, glue, shipping materials, bell bags, replacement printer parts, website maintenance, payment processing fees, and more. Ultimately, we charge what we calculated to be a fair amount for the efforts we put into the business.
Are there any villagers you can’t make?
There are some villagers that have existed in previous games but do not work in New Horizons, and some that never had an Amiibo. Please check if your villager is compatible with the game you are playing and if they have an existing Amiibo card before ordering a custom Amiibell.
Will these work with my 3DS or New Leaf?
We use the same data used in official Amiibos, so they will function just fine on other games and consoles! Just be sure to look up if your villager’s Amiibo is compatible with that game before ordering.
Why do you only have the custom option in your Etsy shop and not individual villagers?
Unfortunately we can no longer list all the villagers as separate listings on Etsy as it puts us at risk of being permanently removed. If you don’t want to miss out on the $10 price for individually listed villagers on our site, just message us at our Etsy shop and we can make a private listing for you!
